The plot of Fullmetal Alchemist revolves around alquemy, but also about the philosopher's stone, with which, is possible to ignore the laws of equivalence of exchange in transmutations.
That stone, looks like a simple object, but to get it ¡The cost is so high! (Its creation requires the sacrifice of countless human lives: A whole race or entire populations), for getting a small stone with the power to "make dreams come true" But it is not true at all: According to the law of exchange we must sacrifice something of the same value in exchange for the philosopher's stone, in the end, everything comes down in trying to fulfill the desire of a single person or some greedies, paying a high price.
This means that to obtain something, it is always necessary work and sacrifice; there is nothing that can make dreams come true by magic.
“Trust your work to the Lord, and your plans will work out well.” (Proverbs 16:3 NLV); This is the only "stone" that can make our dreams come true: "The rock of Faith", the trust, which we deposit on our Creator and in the plans that He has for us.
<<“Truly I tell you, if you have faith and do not doubt, not only can you do what was done to the fig tree, but also you can say to this mountain, ‘Go, throw yourself into the sea,’ and it will be done. If you believe, you will receive whatever you ask for in prayer.”>> (Matthew 21:21-22 NIV)
As you can see, in the "Rock of Faith" it is also not possible to obtain anything without some effort, namely, it is required to exercise faith, live every day as if you really believed that the things you long and the dreams that you have given in the hands of God will come true. It is not just to believe that there is a possibility that dreams will get materialized, but to fully trust that there are already thousands of things moving themselves in your present to reach your wonderful future.
This is an invitation to think in these "Magic Rocks" and ponder where you have put your hope: in yourself or in God, and also ask yourself: What are you doing for the things that God has promised you? Remember that besides believing, dreams require sacrifices (training, study, practice, etc.). ^^
¡Blessings! ^^
